Returns Policy

When you purchase from a distance on-line or by e-mail (without having seen the goods at all) you have a statutory right to a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period from the delivery date when you can return the goods to us. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Hamesha Furniture with appropriate details of the items ordered and delivery. Only written notice will be accepted. You can return the goods to us and we will process a refund (excluding the delivery cost). The item must be returned to our showroom at 164 The Parade, Leamington Spa, CV32 4AE safely within 7 days in the same condition as it was delivered to you i.e. in the original packaging, new, unused, unmarked etc. Alternatively, if you wish to have the return items collected by us we will be happy to provide a quote. Any item showing signs of damage wear & tear or mishandling will not be accepted by us.

Please note: the cooling off return period does not apply to goods purchased via our showrooms or after having viewed the goods already. No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. No credit or refund will be given for any goods damaged due to incorrect handling or storage or due to any misuse by the customer. The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs related to the return of the goods.
